DoD Selects Mpact

On May 5,  2010, the Department of Defense selected Mpact to conduct a series of communication workshops to mid and top-level managers in the United States Air Force.

The award calls for Mpact’s team of researchers and practitioners to provide training in the following areas:

• Risk Communication
• Organizational Communication Planning
• Crisis Communication
• Media Engagement
• Message Planning and Development
• Campaign Evaluation and Management
• Co-cultural Communication in Organizations
• Managing Online Communication Content
